An anonymous donor, under the pseudonym of "Audax," has written to Lord Stamfordam (the King's Private Secretary) undertaking to set aside for over seven years a total sam of 100,000 guineas to form the nucleus of a National Thankoffering Fund, to express joy at the King's return to health.
