DEATHS AT SEA
The roaster of the "Chenonceaux” (French) arriving from Marseilles and, Saigon on Thursday reported two deaths during the voyage from plagag and typhoid.
The s.s. "Svale" (Norwegian) from Penang and Singapore also reported a death during the voyage.

The CP.S. R.M.S. "Empress of France" is due here at 7am. on March 29 (Friday), and will berth at Pier No. 5, Kowloon Wharf. She will sail for Manila at 6 am, en March 30 (Saturday).
The C.P.S. R.M.S. "Empress of Asia" from Hong Kong on March 20, left Yokohama on March 28 at 3 p.m., and is due at Vancouver on April 6.
