On the ceasation of the "Daily Bui- letin" at the end of March, 1928, the General Chamber of Commerce at the request of several members, approach- ed Reaters, Ltd., with a view to ob

On the results of a circular to mem- bers, a contract for
a year, dating
from July 1, was entered into, at a rate which worked out at $12 to cach subscriber. No charge is being made by the Chamber for cost of duplica- tion and distribution.
Since the service was begun, it is stated in the annual report, various suggestions for revising it have been received from usubscribers.
To carry out the proposals proved, however, would involve a substantial increase in the charge to subscribers and no ac tion has been taken in that direction. An opportunity will ba. given before new contract is entered into, of re- viewing the whole question. It may
