From F.B.M. "B". Kowloon

Fifteen Fundamental Bench Marks on the Island of Hong Kong and six in the New Territories were valued in relation to the Colony co-ordinates; and several other Bench Marks in the Colony were, owing to damage or removal, refixed and revalued.
