Through the mouth of one who has, as it were, returned from the dead after being given up for lost-and thereby increased the number of those saved from 26 to 27--the "China Mail" is now able to reconstruct the essential parts of the "Hsinwah" shipwreck, which occurred at 4.45 a.m. on Wednesday, off Waglan, only 10 miles or so from Hong Kong harbour.
