The following are the full texts, from the "London Gazette," of the Order in Council constituting the Commission to act for the King during his illness and of a Proclamation on the powers of the Com- mission:

there is no doubt that all who had the pleasure of hearing him, on the orcasion of his last visit to this city, when touring the Orient in 1925 na part of a world tour, will agres that it is well merited, for it is doubtful if a more populariture, 11 am, and compelling artist has ever visited the East.
