The Great Western Railway Co. and the National Omnibusand Transport Co. announce an agree ment between them under which a new company has been formed with an authorised capital of £1,000,000 to take over all road services for passengers now being run by the respective parties in an agreed area in the western countries.
The aginemont, which has been rendered possible by the new road powers recently confirmed on the railway companica by Parliament, will affect a-co-ordination of road and rail transport facilities in the West of England..
