OPENING OF SINZA BRIDGE AFTER REPAIRS.-The formal opening of the Sinza Bridge, Shanghai, which had been under thorough repair for the past four months, began with a brief ceremony by Mr. Chew Ching-chib, who represented the Com- missioner of Public Works for the Municipality of Greater Shanghai.
