SATURDAY'S RACE MEETING.
EXCITING FINISHES..
Good dividends were the rule and not the oxception when the Hong Kong Jockey Club's first extra race meeting of the season was held at Happy Valley on Saturday. Only one winner in races returned less than Bing evens, although several favour ites were successful.
There were no setsations. The explanation of the dividends lies in the fact that fields were un- - conimonly big for an extra meet- ing and if there were a few cer- tainties on paper. They did not all materialise. That does not mezun that results were, altogether #1 |
