Paris, Yesterday, The Government decree to raise the ban on the export of capital has been very favourably received by economic and financial circles. It is pointed out that prohibition never prevented "deserters" of the franc from holding reserven abroad and it became very irksome for French commerce and industry. French enterprises abroad needing capital and funds can breathe more freely, and opinion is expressed that the new order will set right the situation on the money market. -Reuter.
