Seattle, Yesterday. A gruesome story of the ses was revealed on the arrival of the liner "Margaret Dollar," which picked up off Washington state coast an 85 foot Japanese flaking amack with a crew of two dead menį, in their sleeping quarters. ·
Apparently the smack had drift ed 4,000 miles across the Pacific.
Quarantine physicians found a pile of bones aboard which they belleved were the sole remains of a crew of seven or eight men be sides the two whose bodies were found. They declared that canni- ballem had undoubtedly been prac- tised, at any rate. by the last sur vivors-Reuter's American Ser-
