Prepare a white sauce with flour, butter and, miik, add cheese and cook, stirring until thick, Add yolks of eggs, 31⁄2 ten- spoons salt, paprika to taste and 1 teaspoonful onion juice. Mix carefully and fold in stiffly beaten whites of the 5 eggs. Turn Into greased baking dish and set in a pan of wator in a hot oven. Bake until firm.
