The case is one in which. Loo Kwong-lam and Loo Kwong-hing claim the annulment of a mortgage for $400,000 on the grounds that they were "infants" at the time of the execution and can not therefore be held liable.

At the time of her marriage, the first witness stated in answer to Mr. Jenkin's cross-examination, she became. the seventh concubine, be- ing married at the age of nineteen.
Witness was cross-examined as to her acquaintance with the par- ties to the dispute. She denied that she was mainly responsible for the bringing up of the two plaintiff's or that on the occasion to visits to Hong Kong she saw the parties to any of the dispute.
