The wills have been publish- éd at Home of Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Brunner, who were found shot at The Green Cottage, Roehampton, S.W., on November 3 last, a verdict of Murder and Suicide being returned against. the husband. Unsettled property of the gross value of £146.943, with net personalty £83,984, was left by Mr. Brunner, who was formerly chairman of Mesars. Brunner, Mond, and Co. He left a year's wages to each in or out-door servant in his service at his death, if of five years' service. He left one half of the income from his residuary estate (but not exceeding £5,000 per annum) to his wife during widowhood, or, in the event of her remarriage, the income from one-third of his residuary estate up to a maximum of £5,000 per annam. He left the residue of his property upon trust for his children or their issue in equal" shares. Mrs. Brunner, his wife, left estate in her own disposition of the gross value of £36,694, with- net personalty 36.134. She left her property equally between her three children.
