A BANKRUPTCY CASE.

The application was made by Mr. W. B. Hind (for debtors) ap- pealing against the decision of the trustee in bankruptcy in eight cases where proofs of debt had been refused.
Mr. E. Davidson (for the trustee) pointed out that the ap- plications were out of time as the the date for appeal against trustee's decision expired on February 27. Notices of motion were filed on the 24th and could have been before, the Court on Saturday, February 26 when there was a sitting of the Bankruptcy Court. The affidavits in support of the motion had only been filed "to-day.
