DELAYED HOURS. „

On her way befo from Manila, the Admiral Oriental liner "Press dent Jefferson" was delayed threo hours through her pedestal (which holds the telemeter) breaking. She cast anchor of Tutheng Point. and wirelessed the local agents hero for tugs to tow her in. Two tugs were despatched from the Taikoo Dock and brought her into the har- bour. Repairs, were immediately effected by the Talkoo Dockyard and were finished in time for the "Jefferson's" departure yesterday at 5 p. She brought 13 bags of Manila mail and 125 tons of hemp.
