A NEW DEVELOPMENT.
There was another development yesterday in the case in which three Chinese are charged with, an alleged conspiracy to defraud the Wing On Campany of $50,000 when Mr. FC Jenkin (for the prosecution) mentioned at the Central Magistracy that a letter had been received by some of the witnesses threatening them with death if they gave evidence in the
case.
