Japan's Active Experts,
Contrasting with a dull home market. Japan'a cement export trade has been remarkably active of late. The 30 per cent. restric- tion on output maintained by mutual agreement among the cement companies of the nation has had no effect upon exports.
Mr. Wakamatsu; in charge of the export department of the Asano Cement Company, is now travelling through the United contract of 4,000: States. barrels for Canada was recently concluded at Y4 f.o.b.
