CALCUTTA, May 15.
A forecast of the Indian Coal Committee's report states that restriction of preferential waggon supplies, and the formation of a grading board will be recommend- ed. Only the best coals should be exported, par.icular, care being taken not, to allow the overseas purchaser to be misled as regards the precise quality of the coal.
The report recommends raising, the rebate on the export of coal from 25 per cent. to 37 per cent. Pooling coal for export is consider ed impossible in India.
