As soon as the big ballot. box! in the Campaign office is emptied to-morrow morning it will be gealed and placed in the Cam- paign Department. A slot will be left open in the top to receive the bullets, however. With the sealing of the box NOMINATIONS CLOSE and no new contestants whose names are not now in the list or who have not been in the list will be able to enter and win. All names will be dropped from the list in to-morrow's paper except those qualified to win a prize.
