There will be no districts or territories. A member may secure subscriptions anywhere.-
Immediately at the clone of the Campaign, the votes will be counted and the member having the greatest number of votes will be awarded the first prize. The one having the second greatest number of votes will be given the second prize, and so on down the list until all prizes have been awarded.

Votes issued to one member cannot be transferred to another member.
No employee of this paper or member of the employees' family may become"-a mimbe.
The Campaign is open to anyone anywhere. With the first sub seription for 188.00 you secure, you will be given the votes on the "First, subscription coupon."You may use only one of these coupons during the entire campaign as no mare will be counted for one member.
