There will be no districts or territories. A member may seedre subscriptions anywhere.

Immediately at the close of the Campaign, the votes will be counted and the member haying the greatest number of votes will be awarded the first prize. The one having the second greatest number of votes will be given the second prize, and so on down the list until all prizes have been awarded.
