Shanghai, February 16, The Japanese mill strike, which began last week, involving three mills and 5,000 operatives, belong ing the Naigai Wata Kaisha, is assuming more serious propor tions every day: With the addi tion of another 5,000 men, last) night the strikers now total over 27,000 belonging to 13 mills, operated by four different Japan- eae companies.
