The Campaign will close on April 4th, 1926... There will be no districts or territories. A member jury secure subscriptions anywhere.

Immediately at the close of the Campaign, the votes will he counted and the member having the greatest number of votes will be awarded the first prize. The one having the second greatest number of votes will be given the second prize, and so on down the list until all prizes have been awarded.
