The advance in the value of rubber shares during the last year has helped us considerably and I think we have very little cause for anxiety in this respect "noW. Three years, ago, I told you that we had about Tls: 570,000 in gubber, but at the present time it is very much less, and we have no
loans against rubber shares at all.
Our trading during the year has been оп very cautious and conservative lines and w?lin continue to be so. With a limilied market such as we have had during the past year I think we have been able to show a good result, and I hope we shall be able to do as well in the coming year. The general business situation-in Shanghai as you know is not very encouraging, but still there are signs of improvement..
There is nothing more I think that I can add to what is already fully set out in the report, but if anyone has any question to ask. I shall be pleased to answer them to the best of my ability.
