London, July 30.-Communica tions have passed between the British and Rumanian Govern- ments in the case in which the young Rumanian student, Leon Focsineanu, stands remanded on a charge of attempting to murder M. Marcu Baza, the Rumanian Con sul, by firing two shots at him on July at the Ramanian Legation, Cromwell-place 8.W.
