HOW OWNERS ARE. KEPT IN THE DARK.
With certain aspects of the Rerts Ordinance now before the courts, it is timely to consider others, which entirely different from those awaiting the judge's decision, are perhaps even more important. The recent amendments to the Ordinance have been roundly criticised from the landlord's and tenanly' standpoints alike. Our purpose here is not to express an opinion but simply to state facts which have been brought to our notice. These facts concern the efforts of owners.guring the last few months to secure permission to reconstruct buildings.
To understand the situation it ventilation would be provided as is necessary to recall the following instead of seven houses standing reniorks by the Attorney-General fat present, only two would be put when the hill cante "before the up in their slead.
