Mr. Ellis said that 500,000 shares, half of the Capital of the Company had been taken up, whilst the original area of land (29.47 acres) had been increased approximately "five times.
The meeting was well attended and among the Directors present were the Hon. Mr. Chan Siu-ki, Hon. Mr. R. H. Kotewall, Rev. Father Robert, Dr. J. C. Dalmahoy Allan. Messrs. R G. Shewan, H. A. Cartwright,, Leung Yan-po, Li Wing-kwong, Li Yau-tsun, Sam Pak-ming and Chan Sau- fung. Mr. E. B. Raymond is the Serretary.
