Mothers build Babies!

TT

IT is all right so long as you feed your own

baby, and many Mothers who could not feed their little ones have done so by taking Virol. Viral strengthens and builds the Mother, and increases the flow of milk.

But the danger comes with wenning. This is the time when you are building baby's body for life. Most of the ills of childhood are due to the ill-balanced and improper diet that often substituted for muthers milk. Such a dist is generally deficient in some quantity essential to growth and development. The remarkable. properties af. Virol and the wonderful manner in which it is assimilated by the youngest and. feeblest digestion ensures healthy development, firm flesh, strong bones and teeth, and good colour. The Virol baby is a smiling baby because it is properly nourished.

It has been proved in Hospitals that when children are fad on Virol their power of resistance to disease is increased. Virol is used in more than 3,000 Infant Clinics and Hospitals in Great Britain. Try it

HIGH TREASON TRIAL!

LUDENDORFF GIVES EVIDENCE,

Musion, March 1.

THE CHINA MAIL.

The evidence of Ludendorff, in the form of a three-hour political propagandist speech, was read this afternoon in a crowded Court:

Endendorff, wearing horn-rimmed spectacice,

alwort Occasionally shouted declarations which dealt with his ambitions to separate Bäva- rin from the Reich. He described his share in the November revolt. and declared that he was an old; man, but his beart was young and ; boat with longing for the freedons of the people and with love of thei pouple.

He denounced Marxism and Com1~ mooniam, and declared he WHS wing the Jews, who should not be allowed to obain wuthoritative Influence in Germany any more then the English or French.

He admitted that he was a Mon- archist, but müd he considered the monarchical question was at present! insoluble.

Judendorff bitterly accused Ex- Dictator Kabir and General Lossow of acting dishonourably, having "Hed with their handshake.

He declared, with raised fat, that the action of the police and troops. in firing on Nationalist bands with hinasolf their head, was murder, and was disgraceful.

He concluded almost lyrically, by saving. Despite trenchery, marder and broken promises, the National- ist movement has been saved.

"We do not want a Rhine Con- federation by the gree of Fauce. we-do-not-want-a-State under the influence of Marxist, Jewish or ul-i tramontane figures, but a Germany which only belongs to Germans. The destruction of the Nationalist movement was the price paid for reconciliation by Lossow and Bookt between Berlin and Munich."

Indendorf went on to say, "The Eopes of the enemies of Bismarckian Germany ars dashed to the ground. The Nationalist movement stands, erect. May it, through the martyrs' blood ahed on November 9, become so strong, that it firmly, welds the Gerzan people; so the Reich arises) freed from the fetters of Federalism, -A Reich strong and free."

He sat down amid a suppressed hum of applause.

Proceedings terminated with the compliments of the Public Prosecu- tor, who said that the prosecution had never any idea of calling into question the General's personal сощено.

Asked by the Chief Justice how he thought things would have gone if Kahr and Lossow had carried out 1 Their oficial intentions, Ludendor![ promptly replied: "The move- ment was supported by Nationalist organisations in the North and would have become such a mighty, demonstration in the Reich that the affair would have been carried out, without any act of violence.'
