LONDON, Feb. 28. The Government was again the target for attack, this time on the motion for adjournment moved by Mr. Ronald McNeill, former Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, drawing attention to the question of the Government's reponsibility for the interances of Ministers outside the House.

Particular reference was made to the Government's policy with regard to the Versailles treaty arising from the speech by the Arthur Home Secretary, Mr. Headerson in the Burnley by- election campaign on February 23 in which he declared the treaty must bo revised if further economic ruin was to be preventad.
