The British Foreign Office has issued a state- mont that the French Government recently notified them of their intention to prepare a Yellow Book containing documents relating to the drafting of articles 428 to 431 of the Peace Treaty and The British Government decided before replying to acquaint Mr. Lloyd George of the proposal as an act of courtesy. Consequently, proof sheets and documents were despached. to Mr. Lloyd George asking him whether he had any personal objection to their inclusion in the Yellow Book and requesting him to return the proofs.
