LONDON, January 6. A Chinese Industrial Commission headed by Mr. Chang Chfen arrived from France and remains in Britain three weeks, specially to investigate the coal mining and cotton industry, agricultural credit, and hydraulic works. Mr. Chang Chlen, interviewed by Reuter, stated that the commission had gathered valuable data which would prove helpful to China as giving a correct idea of commercial and industrial situation abroad.
