liss Alice L. Engelhardt, secretary-treasurer of the Potter Shoc Company, of Cincinnati, has been named as one of the best business women in America. She rose from a $4a-week job as stockgirl to her present responsidle position. She says hard work alone is responsible for her success.

The youngest was born shortly after the death of its exiled father on the Island of Madeira. The ex-Empress Zita is said now to be almost destitute.
