LONDON, December 6,
Polling in going on in London in fine call weather. The boothe opened at seven o'clock in many constituencies, in others at eight. after which there was a steady flow of voters, mostly city men, is the workingmen mostly vote in the oven- ing. It is expected that the polling will be heavy. The results of about two hundred qub of 564 contests will be declared to-night including thirty six in London, most of the re+ mainder to-morrow commencing at midday.

Now YORK, December 6. The domestic issues in this so9SION of Congress will be the Soldiers' Bonus, Secretary Mellon's plan for the reduction of income tases, mil- mad rate regulation, and some wor! of assistance to western farmers.
In foreign affairs the proposal to adhere to the World Court, and the Mexican and Lausanne treaties will
be the chief matters of importance. The suggestion that the United States slil adhere to the World! Court goes to a hostile committee of the Senate from where it may never emerge. The Lausanne treaty is likely to encounter serious opposi tion from organised churches on the ground that it is a betrayal of Chris- tian interests in Agia Minor.
The ratification of the Mexican treaty is regarded as cerlain, and the result will be that full diplomatic intercourse will be resurred between the two countries.
