GERMANY'S GOVERNMENT,
BERLIN, November 30. The new government rely on the support of the Centre and the German
People's Democratic parties in the Reichstag. The socialists are expected to be benevolently neutral as they do not desires new crisis which would ́result in the dissolution of the Reichstag. The opposition consists of German nationals, therefore the Cabinet will not have a majority in the Reichstag, but if the socialists are quiescent the Cabinet should continue until the elections in the New Year.
BERLIN, November 30, Wilhelm Marx, the new chan- cellor is a lawyer and former mem- ber of the Reichstag for Mulheim, which is the Ruhr home of Herr Stinnes, with whom Herr Marx is intimate.
