PROSPECTUS:
(a.) This Company has been formed principally for the purpose
of building houses in the Colony of Hongkong with a view to meeting the great demand for housing sccommodation which exists in the Colony at the present time.
(b.) In particular it is proposed to take advantage of the offer recently made by the Government for the grant of land for building purposes on the basis of the chema explained by The Colonial Secretary at a Meeting of the Legislative Council in June, 1928.
The Promoters hre in h position to state that they have com- pleted negotiations for the acquisition from the Government of the plated below "Jardine's Lookout," which is capable of uscom- modating 150 to 200 demi-detached houses.
