whole German army and Herr Hit ler who only became naturalised some days ago becomes arbiter of the destinies of Germany
The manifesto strongly denoun- ces the Bavarian insurgents and warns the people supporting them that they are guilty of high treason. It points out the internal and ex- ternal dangers the insurgents are exposing Bavaria to and declares that if the insurgents are success- ful the Reich's currency measures
