NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an EXTRAORDINARY GEN-
ERAL MEETING of the above Company will be held at the Hongkong Hotel, Pedder Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on WEDNESDAY, the 31st day of OCTOBER, 1923, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing. the following Pesolution as an Extraordinary Resolution, namely:
That the name of the Company be changed „to "THE HONGKONG AND SHANGHAI HOTELS, LIMITED".
SHOULD THE ABOVE RESOLUTION be passed by the requisite majority it will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Resolution to a Second Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the Hong kong Hotel, Peter Street, aforesaid on SATURDAY, the 17th day of NOVEMBER 1923, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering and, thought fit, confirming such Resolution as a Special Resolution accordingly.
