ERAL MEETING of the above Company will be held at the Hongkong Hotel, Pedder Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, on WEDNESDAY, the 31st day of OCTOBER, 1923, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing. the following Pesolution as an Extraordinary Resolution, namely:
