This mechanical "humming bird," built entirely of metal, was designed by Navy experts for use on board submarines. Assembled and ready to fly, it can be placed in any medium-sized room. It is ap- proximately 18 feet long and has a wingspread of 18 feet. When dis assembled it can be stored in the submarine, from which it can be lannched to spy out an enemy fleet.

He recently spent $100,000 having his yacht overhauled.
