LONDON, February 13. The Communist M.P. Mr. Newbold who has returned from Moscow, interviewed, said that Lebin was quite well and was reating'in the country writing a book, Mr. Newbold was warmly welcomed in. Moscow and spert most of the time with the Red Army which he thought strong in morale but much decreased in numbers being now only seven hundred thousand strong.
