An interesting action for damages arising out of the death of an 8-year old Chinese girl, who was killed as the result of a motor accident in Shanghai Steert, near Youmati, on October 17, 1932, was heard before the Paisse Jadge (Mr, H. H. J. Gomper'z) in the Summary Court this morning.
The plaintiff in the case is Tsang Kwal, a hawker of Samsbuip, and be olaime the sam of $1,000 and costs from the Kowloon Motor-Bus Co.,
Ltd.
According to the statement of claim, plaintif is the father and next of kin of Tsang Tai (deceased), and for his own benefit, is bringing the action for damages couted to the enid Teang Tai, by the argligent driving by the defendant or their servant, of motor- bas No. 647; whereby the said Tang Tai was killed.
