BANDIT OUTRAGES IN MANCHURIA.

PINO, January 14th. Much nelivity amongst the brigands is rported from Manchuria, specially at Hailunghaien the South-west of Chang- chung. The troops sent against the Bandits met with considerable casualties, and it is reported that the Bandits looted Korean, Japanese and native property.
The Japanese Authorities have drawn the attention of the Chinese Government to the outrages, requesting adequate measures of protection for Japanese sub- jects.
