In a significant speech on the eve of the Paris Con ference at the Hamburg bourn the Chancellor Herr Cono declared that France recently rejected a proposal for Germany to enter a pact with Fracon and other mai great powers interested in the Rhine do to wage war on cach other for a generation without having fim taken a referendum among the respective nations project was prevented to France through a third power and could be produced as evidence that France had nothing to feat from the alleged warlike intentions of Germany
Harr Cann suggested round table negotiations as the best means of solving the reparations question and said that the German Government therefore requested the Ententa to allow their representative to present their written proposals at the Paris conference and verbally explain them..
