It provide for evacuation of Thrace within filteen days; installation of the Türkish administration within thirty days; limitation of the Turkish gendarmerie to 8,000 establishment of an allied covering force on the west bank of the Maritza; and creation of a neutral zone inside a line drawn fifteen kilometres from the Straits with the demilitarised zone beyond, also a neutral zote on the Ismid peninsula inside a line extending from Chebzob to Bhileb with the demilitarised zino forty kilometres 'bayond.
