BERLIN, September 19th. Herr Haverstein, Director of the Reichsbank, bas returned from London after a conference with the Bank of England and has informed the cabinet that the Reichshank is now prepared to accept half-year treasury bonds maturing on February 2nd am July 15th nest. The cabinet dressed to notify Belgium accordingly. The Government has pai the allied clearing house ten million gold marks on account of the twenty-eight and a half millions due.
