In spite of this fact are inforined that various dealers are selling cigars bearing the various Trade Marks, and Trade Names in question which cigars have not been manufactured by the Orient Tobacco Manufactory, Mongkok.

This notice is, therefore, published! to inform these cancerned that it is the intention of Mr. Ingenobl-to take proceedings against any person, firm or corporation having in their possession for sale cigars bearing the said Trade Marks ardor Trade Names which have not been manu- factured by, the Orient Tobacco Manufactory, Mangkok.
