I-must admit that I did not grasp this at first but when I knew for what famous voyage I had been chosen I confess that I swelled with pride. At first I could not believe it and then, when I heard everyone saying the same thing. I knew that it must be true sed that I, the little Renown, was to bear the Prince of Wales to India, China and far away: Japan... - I am afraid that I became a little pafed up with pride int fortunately I realised in time that if I continued to swell in this foolish manner there would be come danger of my barsting into a thousand pieces like the foolish frog who tried to make himself as hig as an ox.
