DOCKYARD WORKERS,
Tokyo, March 8,--Then was a clash yesterday between the strikers of the Yokohams Dockyards and the police. The trouble began when the police, numbering about 900, began to arrest somie 30 representatives of the workmen in the vicinity of the
Takeshima Station This action brought other workmen to the vicinity of the station and further trouble war only started by the police promising
to release those arrested.
