SIR JOHN HARE DEAD.
LONDON, December 28: The death of Sir John Hare, the famous actor, is announced.
(Sir John Hare was a Londoner and was 77 years of age. His first appearance on the stage was at the Prince of Wales' Theatre, Liverpool, in 1864. In the following series of Robertson comedies, appearing as Sir Peter year he came to London and appeared in the entire Teazle in "The School for Scandal" and iu other parts. He became manager of the Court, Theatre in 1875 an Mr. Kendal in 1870. He opened the Garrick Theatre in was manager of St. James' Theatre in partnership with 1889 and was manager of it until 1894.
