After the Hon. Colonial Secretary has tabled the financial minutes, and the report of the Finance Committee, the Hon. Mr. H. E. Pollook, K.O., will ask the following question:
When will the final Report on the cenant, which was taken last Spring, be published 1
The Hon. Attorney General will move the first reading of a Bill to facilitate the reciprocal enforcement of judgments and awards in the Colony of Hongkong and in other parts of His Majesty's dominions and in certain other territories.
The Hon. Attorney General also moves the second reading of the Bill to amend further the Henta Ordinance, 1921, and second reading of the Bill to regulate the imposition of the penalty of stocks.
The second reading of the Bill to restrict the taking of legal pro condings in respect of certain actu and matters done during the war and to provide in certain cases remedies in substitution therefor will not be proceeded with at this meeting.
